fullständiga färskingar

En av mina favoritböcker när jag var omkring 20 var Fullständiga färskingar (Absolute beginners) av Colin MacInnes. Den handlar om början på mods-eran och rasupploppen i Notting Hill 1958.
I går upptäckte jag att filmen som gjordes 1986 som en musikal, baserad på boken, fanns på Viaplay. Så jag var tvungen att se om den. Jag tycker inte att filmen har klarat tidens tand, men musiken är fortfarande fantastisk och David Bowie är så ung och snygg!

Filmens titelspår är en väldigt fin sång om kärlek, och hur den känns precis när den är i sin linda. Hoppas att jag får känna så igen. Det är en väldigt speciell känsla...
